The link below will allow you to view or download an interactive version of the Mechanics Manual. Navigation through this interactive tool is as simple as clicking your mouse or hitting the arrow button on your keyboard. This tool covers almost the entire manual by position and will hopefully demonstrate our mechanics so you can "see" how we should position ourselves on the field.

Position Specific Mechanics Test

Select the test for your preferred position (R, U, L, LJ, BJ), complete the test and submit it to VP Rules & Mechanics or your Class Leader. Your answers can be submitted via e-mail or regular mail any time prior to the due date. The sooner you complete and submit your test the better.
