The CVFOA will protect the privacy of its members and as policy shall not make available on the WEBSITE members names, personal information, game or crew assignments. The names of CVFOA elected officers including commissioners may be posted with appropriate means for communication.

The CFVOA shall not collect or retain information regarding those who may visit the CVFOA Website unless such information is volunteered by the visitor for the purpose of receiving information. The CVFOA shall not make available to any organization or agency, at anytime, information provided by visitors to the CVFOA Website.
